  • Customized, cut-to-size, or specially ordered products are not eligible for refunds unless defective.
  • Products that have been used, altered, or damaged after purchase are not eligible for a refund.
  • Clearance or discounted items are final sale and are non-refundable.

  • If you receive a defective or damaged product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • We will either replace the item or provide a refund after verifying the defect or damage.
  • Photos of the damaged or defective product may be required for processing.
